Devin Kelley
Shop Owner, Custodian
«I have my wife, my son, my team, and our community in mind in everything I do. When I see our customers outside the shop, I want to feel we’ve made lasting connections that improve lives. I started in the automotive industry before I had a driver’s license. I worked just cleaning in a shop for over a year before I ever worked on customer cars and eventually earned multiple technician certifications from MMI and other schools. I have an Accredited Master Automotive Manager certification from the Automotive Management Institute. The most rewarding parts of what I do are keeping our customers safe on the road and exceeding their expectations while providing sustainable and meaningful opportunities for my team. I am very very proud of our team».
Joseph Weaver
S Assistant Manager-Service Advisor
«I spend my spare time with my wife, four kids, and friends. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, and just being outdoors. My interest in cars started at a young age. Some of the earliest memories are from going to the drag races with my dad in Rogersville, Mo. We used to go almost every weekend to watch my cousins and uncle race. Something about the smell of methanol and burnt rubber got me hooked, I guess. Lol
I started my career in the automotive industry when I was 17, working in a tire shop in my hometown. After that, I became a general service technician at an independent Car Care Center. While there, I made the transition into the service advisor role. I enjoy this role because I can assist people in making the right decision when it comes to maintaining and repairing their vehicles. I can educate customers about how or why repairs need to be done, and I’m able to learn new things myself about the industry that I enjoy so much».
Ted Hambach
Shop Foreman
«My interest in working with mechanical things began at an early age, taking things apart just to see how they worked. That interest grew when I was old enough to help my father restore classic cars. I took advantage of the Auto Repair course at our regional Vo-Tech school in high school. After graduation, my instructor recommended me for a position at a local Ford dealer. That began my journey that has brought me down the road almost 34 years of repairing and maintaining cars. Throughout my career, I’ve worked for independent shops and dealerships. I took advantage of every bit of training the dealerships offered, quickly attaining the level of Master Technician with the dealership and also with ASE Master certification and Advanced Certification. While there can be benefits to life at a dealership, I’m very happy to be at All-Star Automotive at this point in my career, serving as Shop Foreman. I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help other younger techs gain knowledge and efficiency, which is better for the shop as a whole and the techs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling with my wife to new exotic places, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and spending time with my grandkids».

«I have been working at All-Star Automotive since 1998. My relationship with my coworkers and the integrity of the shop is what keeps me going at All-Star Automotive for all these years and hopefully many more. I enjoy spending time with my Husband of 25 years. I enjoy being a mother to my 12-year-old daughter. We enjoy fishing, boating, and traveling with family».

«I have been with All-Star Automotive since 2009 as an Office Manager. I have lived in Columbia since 1988 and have been doing accounting for over 30 years. My husband and I have two boys and two fur babies. We enjoy watching football, baseball, soccer, and traveling when we can».
Patrick Norris
Technician
«I’ve been turning wrenches for 25+ years and am experienced in everything. I enjoy extreme off-roading, boating, and all watersports. I love the All-Star Automotive atmosphere. We are big enough for all of our customers’ needs, yet small enough to be personal and know all of our customers when they walk in the door. Where else can I have my son as my sidekick»?
Tammie Burchell
Shop Manager
«I met my husband while we were on deployment from the military. I enjoy spending time laughing and doing DIY projects with him. I have three grown children, two grandchildren, and a brand new granddaughter.
I started in the automotive industry through the military in 1994. I spent 17 years in the military and returned to civilian work at a semi-truck transportation company, where I became the Shop Supervisor. I have also worked as a Service Advisor at a dealership. I started at All-Star Automotive in 2019».
